成為以學習者為中心的專業引導師

本課程涵蓋完整的訓練與發展週期，從前期的課程規劃與準備、學習環境設計與促進學習參與，到後續的追蹤與支持持續學習，提供您一套系統化的培訓專業架構。

課程以學習科學為基礎，深入探討影響學習成效的各項要素，包括學習者的需求與偏好、有效的引導技巧、學習環境設計、結構化教學資源等。透過實作演練與同儕互評，您將有機會在真實教學場景中磨練技巧，並獲得 ATD 認證專家的個別化指導與回饋。
